ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– The Valet must collect secured waste and/or recycling door to door within an assigned apartment complex and transfer by truck to the trash compactor onsite. Collection must begin and end at the designated time.
– The Valet must inspect and maintain trash compactors, halls, stairs and floors after trash collection to ensure cleanliness.
– The Valet must document daily violation reports, if any.
– The Valet must document compactor arrival / departures.
– Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Must have Smart Phone (Android 2.2 or iPhone 4.3OSor newer) with data plan
– Must currently have and maintain a valid driver’s license
– Must have pick up truck
– Must maintain valid documentation – Auto Liability Insurance, Driver’s Lic., etc. .
– Must be prepared to pick up waste in inclement weather condition
– Ability to operate a motor vehicle and drive locally to other properties as needed
– Must be available between 8PM – Midnight. Sunday-Thursday, Off on Friday and Saturday
– Ability to lift up to 50lbs
– Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions
– Ability to climb stairs, walk distances, and be exposed to disagreeable odors
– Min of HS/GED diploma
– The Valet must will undergo a background check
